MAZDA CX-5 Description

The "CX-5" is a 5-seater crossover SUV sold by Mazda starting February 2012. By adopting Mazda's proprietary technology, it achieves high safety and operability. Three engine options were available: the 2.2L clean diesel engine "SKYACTIV-D 2.2," and the high-efficiency direct-injection gasoline engines 2.0L "SKYACTIV-G 2.0" and 2.5L "SKYACTIV-G 2.5." All offer high fuel efficiency and realize the best engine feel. In terms of safety performance, it is equipped with the advanced technology "Advanced Smart City Brake Support (Advanced SCBS)," which detects obstacles and pedestrians to prevent collisions. It also features "i-ACTIVSENSE" safety technologies such as the "Traffic Sign Recognition System," which recognizes road signs to support the driver, and the "Adaptive LED Headlights (ALH)," which support safer nighttime driving.
