TOYOTA VITZ Description

The "Vitz" is a compact hatchback car, the first generation of which was launched in 1999. This vehicle was developed under the concept "A new model proposing a worldwide benchmark for the compact class, embodying a comfortable interior space for four adults and excellent basic performance in a minimum size that harmonizes with society," featuring high levels of collision safety and environmental performance. Full model changes occurred in February 2005 and December 2010. The model released in May 2018 includes the base specifications "F" and "F M Package," the "Jewela" expressing vibrant personality, the well-equipped "U," the "Smart Stop Package" with idling stop function, plus hybrid versions for each grade. This model offers "Toyota Safety Sense," which includes "Pre-Crash Safety" capable of detecting daytime pedestrians, as standard or optional depending on the grade. Additionally, "Intelligent Clearance Sonar," which mitigates collision damage during accelerator misapplication, is optionally available on some grades. Special editions for this car include the "F Safety Edition," available on the model released in October 2017, the "F Amie" and "Hybrid F Safety Edition II," available on the model released in May 2018, and the "GRMN," available on the model released in June 2018.
