TOYOTA LAND_CRUISER_PRADO Description

Released by Toyota in 1990, the "Land Cruiser Prado" is a full-fledged SUV featuring the sub-name "Prado," meaning "plain" in Portuguese, added to the "Land Cruiser." It was developed under the theme of "Super Hybrid 4WD." The model released in May 1996 featured a slightly larger body size, with standard and wide-body versions available. The 4th generation model, released in September 2009, underwent a full model change aiming to be a vehicle equipped with "Peace of mind and comfort to go anywhere, anytime," while inheriting the high basic performance of the traditional "Land Cruiser." This model features an improved Kinetic Dynamic Suspension System (KDSS) that absorbs shocks from the road surface, as well as functions like Crawl Control and Multi-Terrain Select, achieving a high level of both driving stability in urban areas/highways and off-road capability. Grades for the model released in September 2017 include gasoline and diesel specifications such as "TX" and "TX L Package." The exterior features a hood center shape designed with consideration for forward visibility, and the integration of headlamps and the large front grille enhances its powerful appearance. The interior boasts improved visibility from inside by lowering the upper part of the register rings, and a sense of luxury is increased with metallic-style decoration on the meter panel and center cluster. Available body colors include "Silver Metallic" and "Red Mica Metallic." Special editions for this car include the "TX L Package G-Frontier," available on the model released in August 2016.
