HONDA S2000 Description

The "S2000," launched by Honda in 1999, is a rear-wheel drive 2-door open sports car. Developed under the concept "New Generation Real Open Sports," it exhibits high performance as an open sports type vehicle while demonstrating excellent environmental performance. Aiming for rigidity comparable to a closed body, this vehicle adopts a "High X-Bone Frame" structure, incorporating double steel pipes within the front pillars, twin door beams, and features like high-strength roll bars installed behind the occupants, considering occupant injury mitigation. The lineup for the model released in October 2007 includes the "Base Grade" and the "Type S," equipped with exclusive fabric seats & interior, aluminum shift knob, etc. This model features VSA (ABS + TCS + skid control) as standard on all cars, offering improved safety compared to previous models.
