The "Acty Truck," released by Honda, is a 2-door light truck with a seating capacity of two, born in July 1977. The name "Acty" is a coined word derived from the English "ACTIVE," embodying the desire for "a vehicle that works briskly for both work and leisure." This vehicle adopts a semi-cab-over or cab-over MR layout, with the engine mounted under the floor, ensuring stable driving performance due toしっかり (solid) load on the rear drive wheels even when empty. The full model change for the 4th generation model in 2009 shortened the wheelbase compared to the previous model, improving maneuverability and reducing the likelihood of the vehicle bottom scraping the ground on steep inclines. This model achieves "Fiscal 2010 Fuel Efficiency Standard +5%" across all vehicles. Grades available for the model released in January 2018 include "TOWN," "SDX," "ATTACK," and "STD." This model emphasizes enhanced safety performance. From an active safety perspective to prevent accidents, it adopts "EBD (Electronic Brakeforce Distribution) equipped ABS (4-wheel Anti-lock Braking System)" to assist the driver's braking operation. From a passive safety perspective to protect occupants in the event of an accident, it is equipped with features like the "Driver's i-SRS Airbag System" and "3-point Load Limiter with Pretensioner ELR Seatbelts."
