Inheriting the "Neue Klasse" 1800/2000 series, the "5 Series" is a long-historied upper-middle range medium class saloon launched by BMW in 1972. Body types available for this car include wagon and sedan. The model released in April 1989 inherited traditional BMW features like the Silky Six engine and kidney grille, excelling in high-speed stability. From the 7th generation model, which underwent a full model change in February 2017, the concept "Business Athlete" was established for the "5 Series," targeting elites who exhibit high performance like athletes. The model released in January 2018 offers numerous grades such as "523i," "523d," and "540i," with vehicle weight ranging from 1630kg to 1910kg. Special editions for this car include the "523d M Sport The Peak," available on the model released in October 2016, and the "523d Edition Mission: Impossible" and "530i Edition Mission: Impossible," available on the model released in July 2018.
