BMW 3_SERIES Description

Released by BMW, the "3 Series" appeared in 1975 as the successor to the company's "2002" series. Many variations of this car exist, including 4-door sedans, convertibles, and touring wagons. The 6th generation model's sedan and touring wagon feature an approximate 50:50 front-rear weight distribution and adopt the traditional FR (rear-wheel drive) concept. In 2015, the special edition "M Sport Style Edge" was released to commemorate its 40th anniversary. Grades for the model released in January 2018 include the sedan "318i" and the touring wagon "320d Touring." The braking system for this vehicle uses ventilated discs both front and rear. The suspension system employs a double-joint spring strut type at the front and a 5-link type at the rear. The vehicle weight ranges from 1540kg to 1800kg. Special editions for this car include the "318i Classic" and "320d Style Meister," available on the model released in May 2017, and the "318i M Sport Edition Shadow" and "320d M Sport Edition Shadow," available on the model released in August 2017.
